iPhone and iPad virtual visits
The Patient App operates the same way on the iPhone and iPad but the buttons look a little different. If you see two dots at the bottom of the screen swipe left or right to see other people on the call.
The window is divided into a main view of your provider in the center, thumbnails of participants, and a menu bar to manage the virtual visit. For example, you can click the
Chat icon to start a chat session with your provider.
