Fleet Access Manager
View if users are using two-factor authentication
View user password expiration and two-factor authentication statuses directly within the system (read-only). This does not apply to federated auth accounts.
Expanded External User shown information
New "Tenant Name" field for identifying external user ownership. A warning now alerts you when removing access that impacts external user statuses.
Streamlined User Management
- Bulk activate or deactivate users with checkboxes.
- Persistent search functionality across user categories (e.g., External, Deactivated).
- Editable NPI field and visible email addresses during user program assignments.
- Programs can now be removed from deactivated users without reactivation.
- Confirmation modals added for actions like removing all access rules for external users.
Table Enhancements
Table pagination information added plus search improvements for better handling of multiple spaces and transposed names in search queries.
Navigation Updates
- "Orders" page relocated under Devices > "Installation Orders" for logical grouping.
- Language streamlined for clarity without altering functionality.
- Search results now persist when navigating between user pages or individual user details.
Redesigned Practices and Services
Practices are now displayed in a condensed list with associated services, automatically collapsing long lists with a "View all practices" button. Clicking a practice opens associated services in a convenient side panel. Users can also be removed from archived practices.
Additional Network Details for Devices
Added device-side panel information, including IPv4/IPv6, SSID, signal strength, and network interface details with timestamp tooltips
Device Installation Information is Viewable on the Device Page
Device installation information including room and installation status is on the device page for better management visibility. This information is primarily used for TV Pro 300 devices.
