- Navigate to the Solo Provider App
- Click on the user settings icon in the top right of the provider app
- Click "Reporting"
- Click "Report Generator"
- To generate a report, you will need to have a select a report that has been created in the past or create a new one. Click "Create New Report" to create a new report
- Enter a name for the report
- Select the service(s) that you would like to pull the report for
- Select the categories of fields that you would like to appear in the report
The "Asynchronous Visits" category will include new fields related to asynchronous visits.
"Encounter Creator Role" - lists the user type who initiated the visit (can be "patient" or "provider").
"Assigned Provider" - displays the assigned provider
"Encounter Status" - displays the current status of the asynchronous visit
"Communication Method" - describes which visits were "messaging" or "Audio/Video." Rows with "Messaging" represent asynchronous visits
"Visit Closed At" - Describes when an asynchronous visit was closed
"Visit Closed By" - Describes who closed the asynchronous visit
- Click "Save" to save the report you created
- Select the report you created.
- Select a date to start the report from
- Enter the time to start the report from
- Enter the date to end the report at. (Or select "Now")
- Click "Generate"
- The report should download with the associated fields for asynchronous visits.
