Hand raise feature for Solo with Teams customers

The ability to use the Microsoft raise hand feature is now available for all Solo/MS Teams customers.

• This feature displays a 'hand' icon in the top panel
• Allows a counter to be applied to a raised hand to indicate who should be next.

Reactions for Solo with Teams customers

Reactions are now available for customers with Solo/MS Teams. Patients and providers will be able to send reactions. There is a known issue where patient reactions are displayed to the provider and not shown to the patient. This is being investigated.

Ability to fax patient and provider uploaded files

We have introduced the capability for users to fax files uploaded by patients or providers. Files can be sent to a specified fax number or to a previously saved recipient for streamlined document sharing.

To enable this feature, contact your Teladoc Health support representative and request the activation of the AbilitytoFaxUploadedFiles toggle.

Private labeling ability for reschedule and reminder SMS notifications

You can now configure private labeling for rescheduling and reminder SMS notifications, similar to invitation and cancellation SMS notifications.
