Follow these steps to request a 24/7 Care visit on the patient portal
Step 1: Sign in to the patient portal using your username and password.
Step 2: Select the “24/7 Care” tile.
- Note: You can see on this tile that this is “Care by Teladoc.” This is a medical service offered through Teladoc Health, not your health system.
Step 3: Select yourself or a dependent to create a visit for.
Step 4: Proceed through the medical intake form. You will input your desired visit time, contact information and details about the reason for your visit.
Step 5: Enter your medication details.
Step 6: Once finished, review your details, select the optional consent and submit your visit request.
Step 7: Once your visit is confirmed, enable your microphone and video camera and join the waiting room.
