Follow these steps to request a 24/7 Care or mental health visit for a dependent on the patient portal.
Step 1: Sign in to the patient portal using your username and password.
Step 2: Click on the “Mental Health” or “24/7 Care” tile.
- Note: You can see on these tiles that this is “Care by Teladoc Health.” This is a service offered by Teladoc Health, not your health system.
Step 4: Select the dependent that the visit is for.
If the dependent is not already on your account, select “+ Add dependent” and fill out their information.
Step 4: Proceed through the medical intake form for or with your dependent. Refer to the Requesting 24/7 Care visit or Requesting a Mental Health visit articles for more details about the rest of the requesting process.
Step 5: Confirm the dependent’s details, enable your microphone and video camera and join the waiting room.
