The Solo Notification Center provides a centralized hub for managing new emergent, and ambulatory service requests (consults) based on escalation policy notifications, enabling providers to stay informed about critical service request updates in-app and without leaving the Solo platform.
Designed with a responsive, user-friendly web browser interface and accessible across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile), the Notification Center ensures efficient handling of notifications while retaining a historical record for reference.
