This article explains how administrators can enable or disable the ability for patients to invite guests for video calls at the practice level.
Who Can Use This Feature
- Administrators: Can manage the settings for patient guest invitations in Practice Settings.
Pre-requisite:
- The Improved Video Call Experience must be enabled for your practice
Instructions
- Log in as an Administrator.
- From the left-hand menu, select Practice Settings.
- Locate the setting: “Disable Patient Guest Invitations”.
- Check or uncheck the box to enable or disable the feature.
- By default, this setting is unselected (guest invitations are allowed).
- Hover over the info icon next to the setting to view a tooltip: "Patients will not be able to invite guests.”
