This article explains how administrators can setup the Split View feature to see two remote camera feeds simultaneously during a video consultation. Ideal for scenarios where multiple camera angles or devices are used during a consultation.
Who Can Use This Feature
- Providers: Split View is automatically available when the required conditions are met.
Pre-Requisites:
To use Split View, ensure the following:
- The Improved Video Call Experience is enabled for your practice.
- Two video-enabled devices are connected to the consultation.
Instructions
- If pre-requisites are met, then no additional setup is required
- Contact your Teladoc representative to have the Improved Video Call Experience enabled
- When two video devices are connected, the system will automatically display both views side by side.
