This article explains how administrators can enable the custom message for when a patient is leaving a visit for a Solo Video Call.
Who Can Use This Feature
- Administrators: Can choose between the default or a custom message at the service level.
- Patients: Will see the selected message when leaving a visit.
Prerequisites
- None.
How to Enable or Customize the Exit Message
- Go to Service Settings.
- Click the gear icon.
- Select Patient Leaving Consult.
- A panel will open on the right.
- By default, the Recommended Message is enabled.
- To customize:
- Select Custom Messaging.
- Edit the Header and Body text as desired.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
